The office is left unlocked when the management is out of the office. The mail boxes are inside the office and have no lock on them making it easy for the homeless to get your personal information out of your mailbox.
Before you judge remember to look at your attitude first. There are rules and regulations that have to be followed for the safety of everyone in the park.
The main gate is left open all the time.
When looking to move into the park, my husband and I went to visit it five times. The gate and office were locked every time, the bathroom was clean, and we found all three ladies we met, including Janet, to be very friendly. We were intending on renting a space on the new upper level, but unfortunately our plans have had to change. There have been trees and bushes planted on the upper level and the view is amazing! If you are looking for a serene setting and don't mind driving a ways to get to the park, it is the place to be.
Some people who given nasty reviews about the park and Janet, so lame.
I wouldn't recomend this park for full time tenants.
If the management doesnt like you for whatever reasons you will get a NO cause eviction.
The new spaces that they are charging more up on the upper level is all asphalt with no trees. The spaces are half the sizes than the ones below.
They don't do criminal back ground checks on everyone.
The park itself is pretty. The spaces are descent sizes on the lower level.
Park is way out of date.water shut off at any given time with no notice.power outages on a regular basis.bathrooms are filthy with mold.security gate open at any given time.office unlocked with no managment to be found.manager has let un licensed repair people in park.as a result personal property became missing from numerous tenants.manager will harass, slander and boldy lie to you.numerous tenants have complained yet this has been going on for a very long time.if managment decides that at any given time relation is not favored u will recieve a no cause evection.
The management circles the spaces constantly looking for reasons to write up tenants.
I love the area and I'm hoping to be a longtime resident .
We have been staying here for a couple of months and hope to return next year...We would give this park six stars if it were possible. :) It is in a great location (as long as you are ok with driving a bit to get to things...) and all of the staff (Janet, Katrina and Rich) are really sweet, helpful and down-to-earth. We really appreciate how Janet 'manages' the park - she is always willing to listen and offer advice or explain why something is done a certain way... It feels more like visiting a friend than entering an "office" when we go to collect mail or pay our rent ;) They made us feel so much at home from the very beginning.
If you sign up to be a full time tenant but cant move in right away the management will sub let your space and not tell you. I have witnessed this myself. Most of the tenants live there only because all other parks are full.
Water is shut off all the time with no notice and they don't tell you why.
I lived there for almost a year. Management is very rude. The laundry room is out dated. There is mold in the bathrooms.
